Watching friends and family members go through divorce is a challenge on many levels. We hate to see our loved ones in pain and we want to help and support them in any way we can, but we don't always know how. Do we give them space or check in on them frequently? Do we try to offer solutions, even though we may not know the answers? Are there ways we can help them through the process without being intrusive or invading their privacy?
